Prize Rules
- The winners will be the eligible players occupying the first three positions on the Stampy leaderboard when the relevant season closes.
- If two or more players finish with the same number of points, the higher position will be awarded to the player who reached that score first.
- Winners will be notified using the email address registered to their Stampy account. They must claim their prize by replying within 10 working days of the notification email.
- Winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and eligibility before receiving their prize.
- A winner under 18 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian, together with any reasonable verification requested by Stampy.
- Prizes will only be delivered or made available for collection in Malta or Gozo. Stampy is not responsible for delivering prizes outside Malta and Gozo.
- If a winner does not claim the prize within the stated period, cannot be contacted, fails the required verification or is found to be ineligible, the prize will remain unawarded. It will not automatically pass to another player.
- Stampy may disqualify a player where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player cheated, manipulated their location, operated multiple accounts, provided false information or otherwise misused the platform or breached Stampy’s Terms and Conditions.
- Apple Disclaimer:
The Stampy Malta contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple is not involved in the contest in any way.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted at the winner’s request or transferred to another person before being claimed.
- One4all Gift Cards are subject to One4all’s own terms, conditions and participating-retailer restrictions.
